- Learn and implement effective strategies to meet campaign goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the Telecommunications Sales Associate team to propose enhancements or innovative sales strategies based on customer feedback and market insights
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Utilize sales techniques
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in sales and management
- Manage all departments & employees
